Upon purchasing or downloading this template from AINXQ, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, customize, and deploy the template to create commercial live websites for yourself or your clients.
2. Permitted Uses
- Deploying on live client restaurant, bistro, bar, and hospitality websites.
- Uploading directly to cPanel, Hostinger, WordPress hosting, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or DirectAdmin.
- Modifying colors, typography, logos, photography, menu items, and code.
- Removing or replacing the "Designed & Developed by AINXQ" footer credit.
- Combining this static template with custom booking widgets, OpenTable, Resy, or booking APIs.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing the raw template source files on digital marketplaces (ThemeForest, Creative Market, Gumroad, etc.) as your own template product.
- Claiming sole original authorship of the unedited template source code.
4. Removing Footer Credits (White-labeling)
You are completely permitted to remove the AINXQ credit in the footer of all HTML pages. To do so, simply open the HTML file, locate the <div class="footer-credits"> section, and replace it with your own agency credits or remove it entirely.
