1. Table Reservations & Grace Period
Tables are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. If your party is delayed, please inform our host desk via telephone or WhatsApp. After 15 minutes, tables may be allocated to waiting walk-in guests.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Terms
For standard a la carte parties under 6 guests, cancellations can be made up to 12 hours prior to seating without penalty. For large parties (6+) and Chef's Degustation tastings requiring credit card authorization, cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows may incur a €35 per person fee.
3. Outdoor Seating & Weather Conditions
While cliffside terrace seating is requested upon booking, in the event of high winds, marine storms, or inclement coastal weather, reservations will be smoothly transitioned to our covered Olive Grove Patio or indoor limestone hall.
4. Private Event Buyouts
Private buyouts, weddings, and celebrations are subject to an official signed banqueting contract and a 30% non-refundable booking deposit to secure dates. Balance settlements are due 14 calendar days prior to the event date.
5. Conduct & Dress Code
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disruptive, belligerent, or inappropriate behavior. Smart casual / resort elegant attire is required during evening dining services.
