Clients and accredited vendors receive guaranteed venue access starting at 9:00 AM on your contracted celebration day for staging, floral installations, technical rehearsals, and catering load-in. Active event time spans 6 to 10 hours based on your chosen package, with standard evening festivities concluding by 1:00 AM. A complimentary 2-hour window is allocated following guest departure for tear-down and vendor load-out. Next-morning collection arrangements can also be scheduled for Signature buyout packages.
We warmly welcome accredited external catering specialists, including kosher, halal, and ethnic heritage culinary teams. Outside caterers must provide commercial liability insurance and current health licensing, and will work alongside our Executive Kitchen Director for access to commercial refrigeration, warming cabinets, and plating staging areas. External floral designers, cinematographers, and specialized entertainment groups are equally welcome.
A 25% initial retainer secures your date under our strict single-event-per-day policy. The remaining payments are divided across convenient milestones: 25% at 180 days prior, 25% at 90 days prior, and the final 25% balance plus incidental security hold due 30 days prior to your celebration. In the event of rescheduling requested with more than 180 days notice, 100% of your deposit is transferable to any open date within the following 12 months.
The 18,000 sq ft grand ballroom features custom acoustic wall isolation and double-STC barrier seals, meaning there are no volume limits or indoor sound curfews for your celebration. Concert sound systems, multi-piece orchestras, and celebrity DJs can perform at full energy until conclusion. For outdoor socializing, the botanical champagne terrace gently transitions to acoustic background volume at 11:00 PM.
Our covered porte-cochère features an on-site white-glove valet team capable of greeting and securely parking up to 350 vehicles in our climate-controlled subterranean structure.
