AINXQ Commercial License
Template 20C – Destination Wedding Venue & Luxury Wedding Resort
1. Granted Rights
Upon acquiring Template 20C from the AINXQ Marketplace, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, customize, and publish this website for commercial hospitality purposes, including for their own wedding venue resort or on behalf of a single paying client.
2. Permitted Customization & Credit Removal
You have full permission to modify all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphical assets. You may remove the "Designed & Developed by AINXQ" footer credit by setting AINXQ_CONFIG.showMarketplaceCredit = false in assets/js/main.js, or by directly editing the HTML footer block.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT re-sell, redistribute, sub-license, bundle, or offer this template as a standalone digital download on any other template marketplace, theme store, or file-sharing repository.
4. No Build Process & Multi-Host Portability
This template is strictly engineered with standard HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript. It requires zero compilation, zero Node.js/npm dependencies, and can be hosted directly on any standard Apache, NGINX, cPanel, Hostinger, WordPress, GoDaddy, or Namecheap server.
