1. Reservation & Date Confirmation
Wedding dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. A formal contract and initial non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% are required to secure exclusive peninsula usage for your designated weekend.
2. Exclusivity Policy
To uphold the highest standards of discretion and luxury, Aurelia Cove hosts a maximum of one wedding celebration per calendar weekend. No other external events or day visitors are permitted on the property during your reservation period.
3. Payment Milestones
The remaining financial investment is divided into structured milestones: 35% due six months prior to the event, 30% due ninety days prior, and the final 10% balance together with incidental security deposits settled thirty days prior to guest arrival.
4. Rescheduling & Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen international travel restrictions, weather events, or major geopolitical acts, reservations may be transitioned without administrative penalty to any available future date within 18 calendar months.
5. Guest Conduct & Liability
Clients and invited guests are expected to respect resort estate grounds, marine wildlife reserves, and staff safety protocols. Additional insurance requirements may apply for pyrotechnic fireworks or aerial drone operations.
