Welcome to RiseWithVishwas Store (“RiseWithVishwas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Digital Products & License Policy explains the rights and restrictions that apply to digital products purchased or downloaded from store.risewithvishwas.com.
Our store may offer digital products including AI prompts, wallpapers, images, eBooks, books, study materials, notes, resume kits, templates, digital tools, website resources, code resources, courses, membership materials, and other downloadable products.
By purchasing or downloading a digital product from RiseWithVishwas Store, you agree to the license terms applicable to that product and the license option selected at checkout.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This License Policy
This policy applies to digital products offered through:
store.risewithvishwas.com
Unless a product page, order confirmation, license document, or other written agreement expressly provides different terms, the license restrictions in this policy apply.
Where a particular product has additional or different license terms, those product-specific terms will apply to that product to the extent stated.
2. Digital Product Ownership
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright to the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- RiseWithVishwas Store or the applicable rights holder retains ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.
- The customer receives a license to use the purchased product.
- The license is limited to the rights expressly granted.
- Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
Nothing in a product purchase should be interpreted as an assignment of copyright or other intellectual-property rights unless a separate written agreement expressly provides for such an assignment.
3. License Types
Products may be offered under one or more of the following license types:
Personal Use License
Commercial Use License
Extended Resale / Redistribution License
Not every product will necessarily offer all three license types.
The license options actually available for a particular product will be displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.
4. Personal Use License
A Personal Use License is intended for an individual’s personal, non-commercial use.
Unless the product page states otherwise, the purchaser may:
- Download the purchased product
- Store a copy for personal use
- Use the product on personal devices
- Use the product for personal learning or reference
- Modify, resize, crop, or adapt the product where technically appropriate for personal use
The purchaser may not:
- Resell the original product
- Redistribute the original product
- Upload the original product to public download websites
- Share paid download links
- Give the original file to other people for their use
- Upload the product to stock marketplaces
- Include the product in a competing digital bundle
- Claim ownership of the original work
- Sell the product as a standalone digital asset
- Use the product to create a competing product library or marketplace
5. Commercial Use License
A Commercial Use License permits the customer to use the purchased product in specified business or commercial activities.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, permitted uses may include:
- Business websites
- Social media content
- Advertising
- Marketing materials
- Presentations
- Promotional materials
- Videos
- Client projects
- Business documents
- Educational or training materials
- Internal business use
- Other commercial creative projects where the product is incorporated into a larger work
The purchaser may modify, resize, crop, edit, or incorporate the product into a larger creative work where appropriate.
A Commercial Use License does not automatically grant the right to resell or redistribute the original digital file.
6. Commercial Use Does Not Mean Resale Rights
This distinction is important.
Commercial Use generally means that the customer may use the product as part of their own commercial activity.
It does not automatically mean that the customer may:
- Resell the original file
- Redistribute the original file
- Upload the original file to a marketplace
- Give the original file away to customers
- Sell the original product as a downloadable asset
- Include the original file in a competing digital product bundle
For example, a company may purchase a commercial wallpaper license and use the wallpaper as part of its website design.
That does not, by itself, authorize the company to sell the wallpaper file to its customers.
7. Extended Resale / Redistribution License
Some products may be offered with an Extended Resale / Redistribution License.
This license is available only where expressly offered for the specific product.
The exact resale rights granted will be stated on the relevant product page, license document, or order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an Extended Resale / Redistribution License may permit the purchaser to incorporate the product into a larger product or service that is subsequently distributed or sold.
However, unless the product-specific license expressly permits standalone resale, the purchaser may not simply resell the original unmodified file as a competing product.
8. Restrictions on Resale
Unless specifically permitted by the applicable product license, purchasers may not:
- Resell the original file unchanged
- Redistribute the original file
- Upload the original file to another digital marketplace
- Give the original file away as a free download
- Sell the original file as stock content
- Include the original file in a downloadable bundle as a standalone asset
- Sublicense unrestricted rights to another party
- Claim to be the original creator
- Register the original work as their own creation
Where resale rights are granted, those rights are limited to the scope expressly stated for that product.
9. AI Prompts
Some RiseWithVishwas products consist of prompts or prompt collections designed for use with AI systems.
The customer may generally use purchased prompts to generate their own content, subject to:
- The applicable product license
- The terms of the relevant AI platform
- Third-party intellectual-property rights
- Applicable laws
AI-generated outputs can vary based on the AI model, version, settings, input, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce an identical or specific output unless expressly stated.
The purchase of a prompt collection does not necessarily grant ownership of every output generated through a third-party AI service.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the AI platform they use.
10. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Digital Assets
Some digital products may be created fully or partially using generative AI or AI-assisted tools.
Where applicable:
- The product description may identify the product as AI-generated or AI-assisted.
- Third-party AI tools may have separate terms governing generated content.
- Output characteristics may vary across different models and platforms.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable third-party terms.
We do not represent that every AI-generated element necessarily carries the same intellectual-property status as conventionally authored material.
Where intellectual-property rights are legally uncertain, the license granted is limited to the rights that we are legally entitled to grant.
11. Wallpapers and Digital Images
For wallpapers, backgrounds, illustrations, graphics, and other digital images, the license determines permitted use.
Personal Use
The customer may use the wallpaper on personal devices and for personal purposes.
Commercial Use
The customer may incorporate the wallpaper into permitted business or commercial projects.
Extended Resale
Resale or redistribution rights are granted only where explicitly stated for the particular product.
Unless expressly authorized, customers may not:
- Sell the original image
- Redistribute the original image
- Upload it to wallpaper marketplaces
- Include it in competing wallpaper collections
- Offer it as a free download
- Claim it as their own original artwork
12. eBooks, Books and Digital Publications
Purchased eBooks, books, guides, manuals, and digital publications are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted use.
Unless otherwise stated, customers may:
- Download the purchased publication
- Read it on their personal devices
- Store a backup copy for permitted personal use
Customers may not:
- Resell the original ebook
- Redistribute the ebook
- Upload it to public file-sharing platforms
- Republish the content
- Sell excerpts as standalone products
- Repackage the publication as their own product
- Remove copyright or ownership notices
Commercial or extended rights are available only where expressly granted.
13. Notes & Study Materials
Study notes, educational resources, guides, worksheets, revision material, and similar resources are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted use.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasers may use these materials for:
- Personal learning
- Study
- Revision
- Educational reference
The original digital files may not be publicly redistributed or resold unless the applicable license expressly permits it.
14. Resume Kits and Career Resources
Resume templates, resume kits, cover-letter templates, career guides, and related materials may be used to create personal or permitted professional documents.
Unless expressly permitted, customers may not:
- Resell the original template
- Redistribute the template
- Upload the template to another marketplace
- Sell the template as their own product
- Create a competing resume-template library using the purchased files
A purchaser may use the templates to create their own documents within the scope of the applicable license.
15. Templates and Digital Tools
Templates, spreadsheets, digital tools, business resources, planners, calculators, and similar digital products may be used according to the license selected.
Unless expressly authorized, customers may not:
- Resell the original template
- Redistribute the source file
- Upload the product to another marketplace
- Share paid files publicly
- Claim authorship of the original template
- Create a competing template product using the original files
Modifications for permitted personal or commercial use are allowed where the applicable license permits them.
16. Website Templates, Code and Development Resources
Website templates, source code, WordPress resources, HTML/CSS/JavaScript projects, UI resources, and development-related products may be subject to additional product-specific conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchaser may:
- Install the product
- Modify the source code
- Customize the design
- Use the product for permitted personal projects
- Use the product for permitted client projects under the applicable license
The purchaser may not:
- Resell the original source package
- Redistribute the source code as a standalone product
- Upload the source package to another marketplace
- Release the original project as a competing template
- Claim the original codebase or design as independently created by the purchaser
Third-party themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, icons, images, APIs, or other components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
Where a third-party license applies, the customer is responsible for complying with that license.
17. Courses and Membership Content
Course materials, video lessons, downloadable learning resources, membership content, and other educational materials are intended for the purchaser’s permitted use.
Unless expressly authorized, customers may not:
- Share login credentials
- Share course access
- Redistribute course videos
- Upload course materials publicly
- Resell course content
- Copy and republish lessons
- Create competing courses from the original materials
- Share paid downloads with unauthorized users
Membership access may be personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred unless expressly allowed.
18. Client and Agency Use
A Commercial Use License may permit use of a product in a client project where the resulting work is delivered as part of a broader service.
However, unless specifically permitted, the client should not receive the original downloadable asset as a standalone reusable product.
For example, a designer may use an appropriately licensed image within a website created for a client, but that does not automatically transfer ownership or resale rights in the original image.
19. Modification and Derivative Works
Where the applicable license permits modification, customers may generally:
- Resize
- Crop
- Edit
- Reformat
- Combine
- Integrate
- Customize
the product for permitted uses.
However, modifying a product does not automatically transfer ownership of the original underlying intellectual property.
A modified version may remain subject to the original license and any third-party rights that apply.
20. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All intellectual-property rights associated with RiseWithVishwas Store products remain with the applicable owner unless expressly transferred in writing.
This includes, where legally applicable:
- Copyright
- Trademarks
- Designs
- Original written content
- Original graphics
- Source code
- Templates
- Product branding
- Other proprietary materials
Purchasing a license does not by itself transfer these ownership rights.
India’s Copyright Act, 1957 provides for assignment of copyright and permits assignments to be subject to limitations; accordingly, any broader transfer of rights should be expressly documented rather than inferred from a purchase alone.
21. Third-Party Products and Services
Some products may interact with third-party platforms, software, websites, APIs, AI systems, plugins, themes, or services.
Such third parties may have separate:
- Terms of service
- License agreements
- Usage restrictions
- Subscription requirements
- Intellectual-property rules
- Privacy policies
Purchasing a RiseWithVishwas product does not grant rights that we do not own or control.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms.
22. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized, you may not use purchased products to:
- Infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights
- Violate applicable law
- Facilitate fraud
- Impersonate another person
- Create misleading representations about ownership
- Redistribute paid files without authorization
- Operate a competing digital-download marketplace using our files
- Circumvent download or access controls
- Share private download links publicly
- Remove ownership or licensing notices for the purpose of concealing the source
- Sell or distribute products in a manner inconsistent with the purchased license
23. License Transfer
Unless expressly permitted, licenses are not transferable.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, or give your purchased license to another person or organization.
Where a product is licensed to a specific business or organization, the license may be used only within the scope stated on the product page or license documentation.
24. No Copyright Ownership Claim
Purchasers may not claim that they created the original RiseWithVishwas Store product when they did not.
Customers may not:
- Remove copyright information for the purpose of claiming ownership
- Register the original product as their own creation
- Represent themselves as the original author or creator
- Use the original product to falsely establish authorship
Where permitted, customers may identify themselves as the creator of their own larger work that incorporates a properly licensed product, but that does not transfer ownership of the underlying asset.
25. License Activation
The license becomes effective when the purchase has been successfully completed and the applicable digital product has been made available to the purchaser.
The applicable license is determined by:
- Product page terms
- License selected at checkout
- Order confirmation
- License document, where provided
- This Digital Products & License Policy
If these documents contain different terms, the product-specific license terms may control for that particular product.
26. Download and Access Rights
A purchase normally provides access only to the files and resources included with that purchase.
Download links may be subject to:
- Download limits
- Expiration dates
- Account authentication
- Security controls
- Product-specific restrictions
Customers may not intentionally circumvent technical restrictions designed to protect paid content.
27. License Termination
We may terminate or suspend a license where permitted by law if the purchaser materially violates the applicable license terms.
Examples may include:
- Unauthorized resale
- Unauthorized redistribution
- Repeated sharing of paid files
- License misuse
- Circumvention of access controls
- Fraudulent activity
Where appropriate, we may suspend further access to downloads or services associated with a materially violated license.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that are intended to survive termination.
28. Refunds and License Rights
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
A refund, where approved, may result in termination of the license associated with the refunded product.
After a refund has been issued, the purchaser should stop using the refunded product and delete copies where reasonably applicable.
Where a refund is granted due to a product defect or delivery error, any replacement product supplied may remain subject to the applicable license.
29. Product Updates
Where updates are provided, the update terms may be specified on the product page.
An update does not automatically create a new or broader license.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the same license restrictions continue to apply to updated versions.
30. Individual Product Terms
Some products may have additional terms that apply only to that product.
Examples include:
- Specific file restrictions
- Special commercial rights
- Client-use permissions
- Extended resale rights
- Attribution requirements
- Third-party licensing requirements
- Subscription or membership terms
- Software-specific requirements
Where such terms are provided, customers should review them before purchase.

Not permitted: Unless expressly authorized.
32. No Automatic Transfer of Third-Party Rights
Where a product includes material originating from or dependent on a third party, RiseWithVishwas Store cannot grant rights beyond those we legally possess.
Examples may include:
- Third-party fonts
- Stock assets
- Open-source software
- Plugins
- Themes
- APIs
- AI services
- Libraries
- External media
- Other licensed components
Customers must comply with applicable third-party licenses.
33. Enforcement and Unauthorized Use
We reserve the right to take reasonable and lawful action against unauthorized:
- Copying
- Distribution
- Resale
- Marketplace uploads
- Public sharing
- License circumvention
- Commercial exploitation
Depending on the circumstances, this may include requesting removal of unauthorized copies, restricting access, or pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
34. No Guarantee Regarding Third-Party Platforms
Where a product depends on a third-party platform or service, we cannot guarantee that the third party will maintain the same:
- Features
- Models
- APIs
- Pricing
- Compatibility
- Availability
- Output quality
- Policies
For example, an AI prompt purchased for use with a particular AI platform may perform differently after that platform changes its model or functionality.
35. Policy Updates
We may update this Digital Products & License Policy from time to time to reflect:
- New products
- New license types
- Changes to our services
- Changes to third-party platforms
- Changes to our business practices
